Children are taught music across the school. Their curriculum includes five key elements of music. Firstly, learning to control sound through singing and playing instruments, secondly by composing their own music and performing to others, responding to music and exploring their feelings to what they hear and being able to discuss using the correct musical vocabulary. Finally we ensure they have access to a wide range of music from different times and cultures.
